Thanks to generous friends and donors, we have zero stateside overhead, allowing every penny to go to patients, students, outreach, and salaries for our Haitian staff. The St. Luke Foundation is a 501(c)(3 ) tax exempt organization. Your donations are 100% tax deductible.

Healthcare

50 dollars saves a cholera patient.
A donation of $400 will pay the salary for one of our nurses for a month at our cholera treatment facility.

School Supplies

$14 covers a shirt and pants/skirt for a child, made at our Francisville facility.
$20 will buy a child a pair of shoes or a backpack for a child.
$63 purchases school books for a year.

Fighting Malnutrition

With a donation of $100, a child suffering malnourishment can be brought back to health. We use natural foods, as well as enriched products (such as Plumpy Nut Peanut Butter) to provide a child with the essentials: protein, vitamins and minerals.

Planting Fruit Trees

By giving $50, we can purchase and plant trees that are not seedlings, but will give fruit soon. Trees planted provide fresh fruit for our hospital, orphanages and schools, along with our health and malnutrition programs. This program encourages the natural growth of Haitian trees along with providing nourishment. Favorite trees so far are citron, coconut, and mango.

Building Homes

To build a new home for someone takes only $9,500.
