Photographer Creates Rainy Day Fundraising Opportunity

Share your love of Haiti and support of the St. Luke Foundation for Haiti by purchasing this umbrella inspired by a photographer’s visit.

In 2014, National Geographic photographer Ami Vitale accompanied the team from the Kenneth Cole Foundation to visit our programs. Vitale developed a series of arresting documentary photos and videos that captured the hard work of our Haitian staff as well as the hope and vibrancy of the communities we serve. In addition to debuting the photos as part of the Kenneth Cole “Look Good, For Good” campaign, Vitale generously allowed St. Luke to use the photos on our website and materials.

Now Vitale has joined forces with Pluvio Umbrella to offer one of her signature images from the shoot in umbrella format. The umbrella is called “Colors of Haiti” and depicts a sea of colorful houses climbing up the mountainside in Port-au-Prince.

With each purchase of this limited-edition umbrella, $5 will be donated to St. Luke.
